PAYMENT

All prices agreed by are, unless otherwise stated, zero rated for the purposes of VAT

​

The Customer shall pay Advanced Data Solution the sum shown on the price list as follows:

£499.00 per initial geographical area 

All Advanced Data Solution Publications are supplied without guarantee in so far as lead generation, which is wholly dependent on the customer.

All Advanced Data Solution invoices shall be paid, when due, in full without any deduction whatsoever.

This agreement will be for an initial period of 12 months (unless otherwise stated) from the date of this agreement

Refund Policy

On acceptable receipt of said cancellation Advanced Data Solution will refund the subscription within 28 days of receipt of cancellation.

These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any other Terms and Conditions including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) the Customer's terms and conditions, and shall be deemed incorporated in any dealings by Advanced Data Solution with the Customer.

No person other than an authorised Advanced Data Solution employee has the authority to modify or supplement these Terms and Conditions.

The validity, construction and performance of this Contract shall be governed by the Law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have sole jurisdiction to hear all claims or disputes connected with the Contract.

Data shall be handled and processed in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation.
